Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date for a full refund of your deposit.
Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the first night. The remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
Early Departure: No refunds are provided for early departures. We recommend adjusting your reservation in advance if your plans change.
Group Bookings (5+ rooms): Group cancellations require 72 hours notice. Please contact our team directly for group booking modifications.

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact our front desk via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Accepted Payments: Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (Ghana Cedis).
Booking Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
Currency: All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS). International guests may request approximate currency conversions.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in to cover incidentals. This is returned upon check-out after a standard room inspection.
Incidentals: Any additional charges (room service, laundry, damage) will be settled at check-out.

Jew Royal Hotel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Data Collection: We collect only the personal information necessary to process your booking and provide our services, including name, contact details, and payment information.
Data Use: Your information is used solely for reservation management, communication regarding your stay, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security: Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. We implement appropriate measures to protect all stored personal data.
CCTV: For your safety, CCTV cameras operate in public areas of the hotel. No cameras are placed in guest rooms or private areas.
Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our front desk.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out available upon request (subject to availability and fees).
Identification: Valid photo ID is required at check-in for all guests. International guests must present a valid passport.
Smoking: Jew Royal Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning surcharge applies for smoking in rooms.
Pets: Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.
Quiet Hours: We request guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for fellow guests.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds and cots are available on request.
Pool: The swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass containers in the pool area.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
Visitors: Non-registered visitors are welcome in public areas but must register at the front desk. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement.
